Simple Sunday Prayer
"his mouth was opened and his tongue freed" Luke 1:64
Freedom comes up so often in the good news. A mouth opened, eyes released, chains broken and graves no longer needed.
Freedom…from all that tries to bind me:
Pride
Desire
Fear
Worry
Control
Free me Lord, from my deepest pit and lift my eyes to see the freedom you bring, sing of the blessings you bring and be your hands and feet of grace. For your freedom we pray. Amen
